TimeSwap : Advanced Functions
TimeSwap is highly customizable and includes a set of advanced functions that increase productivity in educational institutions.

Folders management
TimeSwap allows the use of multiple folders for a flexible approach of management. A folder can be used to represent a school year or to represent parallel calculation approaches for the same year.
Folders management includes administrative functions such as folder duplicating, backup and restore data.
External applications integration
TimeSwap is open to other applications and standards. Timetables can be exported to multiple formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or to the iCalendar format.
All timetables can be saved as PDF files or directly mailed to teachers. TimeSwap allows rendering single or multiple timetables to printer or to PDF.
TimeSwap integrates with Microsoft Outlook by sending the events concerning each teacher by mail and including them to the Outlook calendar.
Pedagogical Program Model Structure
PPMS is a standard developed by OBP technologies to represent educational content. With the PPMS approach, TimeSwap can be adapted to any educational institution regardless of language, culture or geographic location.
TimeSwap handles content templates that avoid users hours of content creation and maintenance. TimeSwap content templates simplify handling the evolution of schools and universities programs. Templates can be downloaded by TimeSwap from the TimeSwap website.
High level of calculation customization
TimeSwap provides a very large set of parameters that allow to the user to obtain the best results in calculation cycles.
From assignment to constraints, these parameters represent all the flexibility of TimeSwap. For beginners, all the parameters have been predefined to the best possible combination.
